As you can see from the table the majority of us fall into the sedentary to low exercise rates. We all know that exercise is good for us and that it can increase our quality of life but why don’t we exercise more?

There are a variety and many excuses but I believe the biggest reason why we do not exercise is that exercise and health is not high up on our value hierarchy. We all live our lives to fill our highest value. When health is not a high value you will procrastinate and not exercise. However if you can see how exercise will help you achieve your highest value you will exercise with no problem at all. At Weight Loss Therapist in Capalaba we have a quick and easy exercise on how to uncover your highest values so that you can exercise and enjoy doing it.
